OUR MINIMUM HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Workstations

  • Intel CPU that is supported by Windows 11. See the full list here.

  • AMD CPU that is supported by Windows 11. See the full list here.

  • 8 GB of RAM.

  • Solid State Drive.

  • HDMI, DiplayPort, or a combination of both.

  • USB 3.0

  • Windows 10/11 (Windows 10 will not be supported by us after Oct 14th, 2025).

  • Computers must be Business Class and no more than 5 years old WITH warranty coverage. (For any out-of-warranty systems, we offer warranty coverage provided by us on a per-machine basis. Any systems replaced as part of this warranty coverage will be replaced with a similar or better-spec refurbished machine.)
     

Servers (On-site)

  • Must be no more than 7 Years old

  • Must be equipped with Dual Processors

  • Must support Virtualization Technologies and be running a Hypervisor such as, VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, Proxmox, XCP-NG.

  • Windows Server 2019 or newer.

  • Linux Servers must be stable releases with Long Term Support.

  • Must Have at least two (NICs) Network Interface Cards.

  • Must have hardware warranty support via the manufacturer. Any repairs made by us will be charged at our hourly rate plus parts, fuel, and any other expenses that may be incurred for the repair.

Server Room / MDF

  • A room in the facility must be dedicated to housing network equipment including but not limited to switch(es), router(s), firewall(s), server(s), NVR, etc…

  • The room must have air-conditioning and proper ventilation.

  • Any tower servers must be off of the floor with proper 360° clearance for airflow.

  • The room must contain a proper rack enclosure for any rack-mountable servers to be mounted in.

  • Network equipment (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc...) must either be mounted in a wall-mount network rack approved by us with a fire-retardant wood backboard that is compliant with the local fire code or, a two-post rack that is approved by us with proper bracing. 

  • The room must remain locked at all times and access should be controlled and monitored.

  • The room should contain a grounding bar that is grounded to the steel framing of the building for grounding network equipment.

  • The room must not be used for any type of storage.
